At completion, the captured data provided a clear record for reconciliation and reporting.

Project Impact

The rollout involved approximately 26,500 bins and achieved a reported 98.4% success rate, with 441 locations identified for follow-up.

By combining Rotaform's field leadership with Ledger's flexible tracking software, the project demonstrated how close operational collaboration and adaptable technology can support asset deployments at scale.
